Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel anytime.

What are the processing fees?

Card and ACH payments from families are processed by Stripe at Stripe’s standard rates, passed through at cost. There is no BeAKid markup.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

How does franchise billing work?

The franchisor pays the $250 platform fee for the brand tools. Each location runs its own Core or Growth plan at volume pricing: 15% off from 5 locations, 25% off from 15, 35% off from 30. The franchisor can pay for all locations centrally or let each location pay its own.

Why is the franchisor fee so low?

Because bringing a brand onto BeAKid is the best thing that can happen to both of us. We would rather price the brand tools modestly and earn on every location you add than charge a premium that slows you down.

What is the Community plan?

Growth for public and nonprofit organizations: everything in Growth, unlimited facilities under one account, scholarship and sliding-scale tools, grant reporting, and annual invoicing with a PO. Book a demo and we send the paperwork your finance office needs.
